This is why for four straight years he has repeatedly brought a bill up to put wine for sale in groceries. He was once in the grocery business...should I say more? He probably still has ties to it. Despite the fact that hundreds of stores rely upon wine to make any profit whatsoever at buck a bottle, he doesn't care one twit. Walmart, Kroger, Costco, Sams, Piggly Wiggly, wouldn't hire one single person to sell the wine, check IDs, or pay for health insurance, vacations as liquor store owners do.
