		<description>What more context do you need besides video? Go watch it. If that segment of that video were played in a cable television ad no one would have a problem understanding Joe himself explicitly agree that it is safe to assume this bill would lead to more liquor flowing through our county. Carr is a nice enough guy but he's not that bright and his moments of honesty are precious. Anyone asking Joe Carr to sponsor their bill can expect a lot more of these kind of embarrassing mistakes.</description>

You suggest
